Kindly contact a customer service specialist at Contact@Zoelite.com within 3 days from the date you received your product. (The product must have been purchased from Zoelite.com.)
If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know by adding a photo and video display to the message and we'll send you a replacement of the said order.
We cannot accept returns on incorrectly purchased products, wrong shipping address and products damaged due to customer error or negligence.
Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send a message through the support email (support@zoelite.com) explain the case and provide evidence like photo, video of the product and we will guide you through to either replace the product or issue a refund. But please, your satisfaction is our top priority, so get in touch with us and we would fix it up.
Shipping
Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 7 - 40 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.
Cancellations
 
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.  
Shipping Costs
 
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a track-able shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.
